So I’ve mentioned this a few times..but I’m signed up for the Monster Dash Half for October 26. However, I never started a training plan because I signed up semi-last minute.
Earlier in the week friends who do have a training plan, mentioned that they completed 9 miles. I was so jealous. Last week I did 2 – 30 minute runs. And they felt good. I like running. I like moving my body, sweating, and having time to myself. However my knees have been bugging me this week, so I’m worried that if I tried to run 9 miles right now my knees would be so angry I wouldn’t be able to do the half!
Please tell me I’m not alone in this running jealousy.
And since I won’t be breaking any records during the Monster Dash Half, I need costume ideas! What should I dress up as to distract myself??
