Merry Christmas Everyone!
I’m not sure when I’ll blog next, I taught yoga sculpt this morning, an extra class for the Christmas week to help balance the extra treats I am sure to eat within the next two days. Remember when you’re eating those treats to slow down, savor the flavor, when you rush you lose the experience.
But rushing and losing the experience happens more than when we’re eating. By slowing down and enjoying the moments of this week you help cement the memories in your mind.
No matter how stressful things get in the next couple days remember to slow down, breathe. It will all be okay. The day after Christmas I’ll be going right into work and teaching yoga again on Thursday afternoon, Friday morning I’ll teach my early morning class, and I cannot wait for Saturday. My friends and I are doing a progressive dinner, and we haven’t all hung out as couples….since probably last year!
I hope you spend some great time with loved ones, but don’t forget to take some time for yourself also.
