Peace Perspective I

Peace Perspective 1When I introduced the Peace Perspective last week I envisioned having the posts organized to post on Sunday morning. But that didn’t happen this week. I’m currently battling some kind of sickness. I’m not coughing, but my throat is definitely coated and I’m tired. So tired. Saturday night I went to bed at 8 pm, I woke up at 2 am and laid awake for a while, but didn’t wake up again until 9 am. That is tired. I spent the rest of the day on the couch until I had to teach 2 yoga classes. During the last class I decided to cancel my Monday morning class. I’m hoping that by getting enough sleep tonight my body will be able to restore itself.

I wanted to go swimming this morning. But my body wasn’t allowing it. I need to swim before my next class on Thursday. I will complete a triathlon in 2014. But the pool time just didn’t happen today.

If you click the photo you’ll be directed to my Pin. But please either click through or click here to see the reasons to not give up on your dreams. You really can accomplish anything. It may take a million small steps, or a few brave leaps. But what you are dreaming of can be done.

What are you dreaming of?

  1. I read this best quote about peace, and now I can’t remember if I shared it with you or not. If I did, I’m sharing it again. It said, “Peace is when time doesn’t matter as it passes by.” It really, really moved me. Anyway, feel better!

  2. Get better soon! Lots of hot stuff which always mean yummy soup.

Just what I could use right now, some inspiration. That’s a great pin. Peace is a bit of struggle for me now as there are a lot of big questions in the near future (good things but totally life changing too).

    • Questions about the future can always be frustrating, I recommend talking through the best and worst case scenarios with a friend, or writing them down. Thankfully my throat hasn’t been too bad so I’ve been hydrating!
