May 2014 Recap

Spring has Sprung, Summer has started, and Life is Good! Today I’m teaching 2 yoga classes, Slow Flow and then Sculpt. As soon as I’m done, I’m heading to the cities to go biking around the lakes with my college friends. We call it book club, but its the getting together part that I like the most.

My workouts weren’t as frequent in May. But I did finish my Yogatta Try This series! Here is the last post in case you missed it!

New York City SelfiesI went to New York City, and wrote recap posts, a Twosday, and a WIAW.

And then I got sick. Which resulted in not drinking coffee or diet coke for a record 5 days!

Coffee 5 Days(I am now recovered and back to my cup of coffee in the morning, and diet coke around noon.)

My Peace Perspectives continue, here are two that I was particulary proud of: Older and Younger & Waiting (a look into my dating).

In June I hope to recommit to workouts, the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon is in 22 days, and my first tri will be in July!

  1. Double high five for no coffee in 5 days! That is for sure a feat of superhuman strength.

    I actually try to drink tea during the week and save my coffee for the weekend…which I then drink excessively so I don’t think it’s really helping much. Wa-oops!
